Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-7 business days of your order date and shipped via economy shipping from Michigan or Colorado. Special items (where noted) ship next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy is good for 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
Within 60 days, only defective and damaged items are eligible for a replacement. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please send a photo of the damage to email@example.com to be assessed. No need to send your purchase back!
After examining the photo, we will determine if a replacement should be issued. In the event a replacement cannot be sent, a refund will be issued. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
As a small business without a brick and mortar shop, we do not have the capacity to process returns and refunds for incorrect items ordered by the customer (including size, color, or style) or change of mind. Please review our sizing chart carefully before your purchase.
Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
