Fulfillment Time
For non-holiday times, please expect a 1-5 business day fulfillment time for orders, in which we process your order and prepare your items to ship. Expect closer to 5-10 business days fulfillment time around major gift-giving holidays (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc). Some items in our shop (masks and gift boxes) are shipped next business day and will say so on the listing.

To provide the best shipping value to our customers, orders are shipped via economy shipping from Michigan or Colorado, depending on items ordered. The closer your address is geographically to its origination, the sooner you can expect your package to be delivered. Faster shipping methods are available, please email us before or immediately after your purchase to inquire about shipping upgrades to UPS Ground, 2-day or Overnight.
